Pick-up Locations
There are six Wednesday afternoon pick-up locations. -West Omaha, Le Quartier -West Omaha, Knockout Printing -Downtown, Kitchen Table -Dundee, Le Quartier -Midtown Crossing, Wohlners -Council Bluffs, Loess Hills Florist Pick-up is also available on weekend afternoons at the farm. -Crescent, Iowana Farm Sat-Sun 9 to 6 Sign up for one of these locations on the application form. Volunteer shares! This year we are offering a limited number of volunteer shares. Work 4 hours, once a week for a full share. Work the same day, same hours every week. Help us pick, clean and pack. Take home your share! If you are interested in a volunteer share call or email Terry at 712-545-9300 or terry@iowanafarm.com You can volunteer AND buy a CSA share Many shareholders like to work in the garden but have a schedule too busy for a volunteer share commitment. If you would like to volunteer occasionally, please make a note on your application. |
CSA add ons
Iowana Farm shareholders are able to add on shares for goat cheese, mushrooms, local roasted organic coffee, and/or pastured eggs. Seasonal orders for honey and other products will be offered based on availability. Honey Creek Creamery is 2 miles north of Iowana Farm. Sharon Oamek’s goats browse on 50 acres of native prairie adding the unique flavor of the Loess Hills. While HCC prides itself on using organic herbs and quality farmstead milk, the dairy is not Certified Organic . Learn more about Honey Creek Creamery at Sharon Oamek's website! Flavor Country Farms is located located in Crescent, Iowa and offers fresh farm-grown mushrooms available weekly. Knockout Printing is located in West Omaha. They provide high quality, personalized and thoughtful printing services. Home Farm pasture raised eggs in Crescent, Iowa are available weekly. Jeff Yeager of Blair, Nebraska has kept bees for 40 years. Farm honey is available in pint or quart sizes after harvest. Visiting Iowana Farm We are closed to the public during the pandemic. Strict, safe practices are followed for growing and delivery. How is the CSA organized? You can sign up for full shares or half shares. If this is your first CSA, we recommend a half share - unless you are already cooking at home using fresh, organic vegetables. When you purchase a CSA share, you are eligible to purchase cheese, mushrooms, coffee, and or egg add on shares. Payment can be made by check by mail or any credit card using PayPal. After we receive your Agreement, we will send you a Pay Pal invoice by email. |
How do I sign up?
Step 1 - Download the Agreement by clicking Iowana Farm CSA Agreement 2021 - Early Bird Special Step 2 - Complete shareholder information Step 3 - Select a full or half share subscription and Add ons Step 4 - Select a pickup location Step 5 - Send us your application by mail or email. - To pay by check, print your completed agreement and post USPS to Iowana Farm, 17749 Badger Ave. Crescent, IA 51526 with your full payment check enclosed. Or - To pay by credit card, first send a copy of the agreement by email. You may "Copy and paste" it into the email, "save and attach" your completed application to an email, or "attach a photo" of your completed application. Email to terry@iowanafarm.com. You will recive back an email invoice from PayPal. You can use any credit card or your PayPal account to pay the invoice.
